run.logDESCRIPTION
| Field family | Contents |
|---|---|
| Identity | Run, experiment, unit, block, cell and factors, arm and parameters, attempt, position, seed, hashes |
| Result | State, numeric metrics, void reason |
| Context | Gates, timed elapsed seconds, start and end UTC |
| Details | Adapter audit fields such as exact arguments and input digests |
Each sample line is fsynced before the next starts. valid contributes only as part of a complete block. void preserves its reason without supplying a number. warmup is recorded but excluded from analysis. A slow sample is not dropped for being slow. Adapter _ fields belong in details, never statistics.
The spec and plan are frozen at enqueue. Environment fingerprints are recorded per session and checked during the run. A changed system under test fails the run rather than silently mixing systems.
EXAMPLES
Preserve the run directory when sharing an analysis so someone can trace a verdict through its complete blocks to the original samples. Agent transcripts, grading, and usage records require the planned AG-10 record extension.
